Pat Olenick has received recognition within the real estate community for her expertise, sat on many boards and generously volunteers in her home community of Doylestown. She then decided she wanted to be on the front lines helping people and has been a top producing agent ever since. She recently became an Associate Broker at Keller Williams Real Estate and has closed more than 300 transactions representing over 125 million dollars in sales. Pat is licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and holds the designations of Certified Negotiation Specialist, Accredited Buyer Agent, Seller Specialist, E-Pro, and Relocation Specialist. She serves clients throughout Bucks, Montgomery, Hunterdon and Mercer Counties.
